Fiduciary services

Writing your will, administering the winding up of an estate or acting as a trustee, are all professional disciplines of GTC’s Fiduciary team.

Wills

Maintaining a valid will is an obvious part of a financial wellness programme. Maximising permitted tax exemptions, minimising executor fees, and ensuring that your wishes after your death are carried out, are all part of this service

Winding up of an estate

Ensuring the professional administration of a deceased estate is usually integral to the successful implementation of what was committed to, when someone drew up their will.

Trustees

GTC provides this service. GTC can provide professional trustee services for client’s who have established or are the beneficiaries of a trust.

Managing your financial wellness plan usually includes looking after others financially after your death. This cannot be undertaken without a valid Will, which should be professionally structured to take advantage of tax exemptions and rebates. Perhaps even more important is the manner in which your estate is wound up by those you appoint to do so.
